I forgot my password

Presto remembers your login information and keeps you logged in on the same device and browser -- so as long as you're using the same device and browser (or the Presto app), you don't have to enter your password every time you go to the Presto map.  If you're not logged on and you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:


  1. Open a web browser and go to http://prestomap.com OR open the Presto Insta-Shopper app.
  2. Click the menu icon in the nav bar:



  3. In the user info panel, click Forgot Password:


You will receive an email with a link that lets you reset your password.
