Overview

Take pictures of the DRIVE-THRU menu board at the assigned location so all items/prices can be read legibly. You need to take a minimum of two clear photos of menu boards using your iPhone or Android smartphone but can upload up to eight photos to ensure every price is captured and legible.

If part of the DRIVE-THRU Menu Board is obscured or if there is a heavy glare, take additional pictures at different angles to capture all prices clearly. If prices still cannot be seen clearly, capture photos of affected items/prices from Interior Menu Boards.

All items on the menu board need to be photographed as well as any signage attached to the menu board with prices on them. 

For non-Burger King shops, photos can be taken 12:30 PM–close (lunch/dinner menu). For Burger King shops, refer to the shop description to determine whether the photos of the Breakfast menu or the lunch/dinner menu. Breakfast menu shops can be completed from store opening until 10 AM; lunch/dinner shops can be completed from 1 PM through close.

Once claimed, you have 12 hours to complete the assignment and upload the photos.

 

Objective

A fast food company wants information about their competitor’s menu prices.

 

Photo Requirements

You are required to obtain and upload at least two CLEAR photos of the DRIVE-THRU menu board(s).

If more than one DRIVE-THRU menu board, obtain a photo of each board.

If one DRIVE-THRU menu board, obtain at least 2 different photos of the board. (You must upload two photos).

If the DRIVE-THRU menu board is large, you may take separate photos of each panel. Make sure you upload all photos to show the entire DRIVE-THRU menu board.

If there is additional signage attached to the DRIVE-THRU menu boards with prices on them, you need to take pictures of these as well. 

Photos must be HIGH RESOLUTION—We must be able to read the signage and ALL prices clearly.

Photos must include the entire DRIVE-THRU menu board and the menu board border/edge.

Your assignment will be ‘Rejected’ if the photos do not show the entire DRIVE-THRU menu board and/or we cannot clearly read ALL the prices.

Additional photo uploads can be provided for photos of large DRIVE-THRU menu boards, or any other photos you would like to share.

Helpful Tips

The client is looking to READ all menu prices!  Make sure things are legible in your photos.

The more photos, the better! You only need to upload a few photos but having more to choose from allows for greater success.

DO NOT take photos through your car windows. This affects the clarity of the picture.

You can either drive or walk up to the DRIVE-THRU menu board—whichever will allow for the clearest photos to be acquired.

Complete the shop form at the location! You must verify that you are at the shop location in order to unlock the shop form.

***Unclear photos will cause your assignment to be REJECTED***

REMEMBER: The key is to use High Res settings on your camera. The goal is for us to READ the sign. If we can't read it, we can't approve—and we WANT to approve your work!
