To get help, just type your question (or even just a few words) in the search box, and the knowledge base will look for articles that may help you:

If the knowledge base thinks it may have an answer to your question, it will suggest one or more articles.  You can either click the link to read the article, or click the + to contact our support team:

If you have a technical issue, please describe your issue completely and clearly, including:

  • What are you trying to do?
  • What is the nature of the problem you're having? 
  •  If there is an error message, what is the EXACT text of this message?What type of device are you using?  
  • What type of operating system is your device running (and version)?
  • What type of browser (and version) are you using?
  • Please make sure to include your correct email address -- this is the only way we can contact you with a response.  

You'll get an automated email acknowledging that we've received your support request, and a link that lets you create a login on our support system.  You can use this login to view any of your open support tickets -- you'll also get an email notification when our staff replies to your ticket.
