If you no longer have control of your PayPal account, you have three choices. Whatever you decide, if you have shops that have been accepted but not yet paid, it is important to act before 9 am US/Eastern on the next pay day, when our next payroll will run. You have three options to resolve the issue:
- Resolve the issue with PayPal to reclaim your account
- Change the email address on your Insta-Shopper account to the email address of a valid, working PayPal account that you control (see How do I change my email address?)
- (US shoppers only) Change your payment method to Tango (see How can I change my payment option?). If you choose to use Tango, you will receive an email from Tango to the email address of your Insta-Shopper account with instructions for redeeming your rewards card.
We pay shoppers on Monday and Thursday mornings (holidays excluded). If your shop is accepted, you will be paid in the following payroll. If your shop was accepted after payroll on a Monday or Thursday, you will be paid on the next payroll.
