You have reached Presto Insta-Shops Technical Support. We do not review shops. All shops are reviewed by the mystery shopping company, who must accept a shop before it is eligible for payment.
Most Insta-Shops are reviewed for payment within 72 hours of when you submit them. If a shop will take longer to be reviewed, this is displayed when you claim the shop. Please pay careful attention when claiming shops so you will know how many days it may take to review your shop, and address any questions to the mystery shopping company using the contact information on the shop guidelines.
Once a shop has been reviewed and accepted by the mystery shopping company, it is eligible for payment. Please check your Completed Shops log to see if your shop was accepted and if the payment is handled by Presto and not by the mystery shopping company.
- Accepted shops that are paid by Presto are paid on Monday and Thursday mornings (holidays included). If your shop was accepted after payroll on a Monday or Thursday, you will be paid on the next payroll.
- Accepted shops that are not paid by Presto are paid by the mystery shopping company. For information on the payment methods and schedule for these shops, please contact the mystery shopping company using the contact information on the shop guidelines.
