Who do I contact if I have questions about the shop?

All questions about the shop must be addressed directly to the mystery shopping company.  These questions include:

  • Requirements for successful shop completion
  • Acceptability of your shop report
  • Availability of shops
  • When you may do the shop
  • How much time you are given to do the shop
  • Why a shop was rejected or a revision was requested
  • Bonuses or referrals


The mystery shopping company contact is listed in the shop guidelines.  You should always keep a copy of the shop guidelines and a link to any longer guidelines, especially the mystery shopping company contact.
