I was told about a Presto shop near me, but I don't see it on the map

If you've searched for a Presto shop but aren't finding it on the map, there are a few possibilities:

• The project may have ended.
• It may have already been claimed by another shopper.  When shops are claimed, the shop pins disappear from the Presto map.
• The project may be using a private map code.  If a mystery shopping company has contacted you about a reserved project or shops, they will have given you a private map code to access these shops.  
• The map may be zoomed in too far, or centered on a different location than where you usually shop.  Try zooming the map out as far as it will go and/or searching in nearby areas.
